Job summary

Katyayaniorganics in India seeks an experienced Head of HR to lead and own the HR function across the organization. You will drive talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management and employee engagement while shaping policy and compliance to build a high-performing culture.

You will report to the CEO/MD and lead HR strategy, developing leadership capability, managing change, and aligning people practices with business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Expertise across the full HR lifecycle - talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management and employee engagement.
• Experience building and leading HR teams and driving organization-wide HR strategy.
• Solid knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll and HR policy.
• Proven ability to build culture, drive retention and manage change at scale.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced Head - HR to lead and own the entire Human Resources function. The role is responsible for talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, policy, compliance and building a high-performing culture across the organization. This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the CEO/MD.
