Job summary

Dignitas Digital in Delhi NCR seeks an HR Generalist to drive recruitment and HR operations. The role requires hands-on execution, strong ownership, and the ability to deliver milestones on time.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboard interns from Computer Science and Physics, coordinate vendor contracts for IT equipment, and design a learning and certification plan to ensure interns complete 23 certifications by March. Immediate joining or on/before 1 October is preferred.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Experience in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, or internship hiring preferred.
• Strong communication, sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of HR operations, recruitment processes, candidate coordination, onboarding, and employee-related activities.
• Join the organization and establish effective HR processes by 1st October or earlier.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to hire and onboard 20 interns from Computer Science and Physics backgrounds by 1st December or earlier.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, documentation, and onboarding for all internship hires.
• Identify, evaluate, and finalize a reliable vendor for rental laptops and IT equipment, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, availability, maintenance, and replacement support.
• Develop and coordinate a structured learning and certification plan for interns.
• Ensure every intern completes 23 relevant professional certifications before 1st March
• Track recruitment, onboarding, vendor finalization, and certification progress and provide regular updates to management.
