Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Process Adherence: Partner with business heads to identify staffing needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, handle documentation, and manage job fairs.
• Timely Deployment: Fill open positions within agreed Turnaround Times (TAT) and coordinate candidate deployment with functional heads.
• Talent Pipeline: Periodically refine the candidate database and cultivate ongoing relationships with past applicants.
• Skill Development: Seek active feedback and conduct self-introspection to improve communication and people-handling capabilities.
