Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements.
• Oversee induction and onboarding programs for new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Foster a positive work culture aligned with company values.
• Organize employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Performance Management

• Implement and maintain performance appraisal systems.
• Guide line managers on performance reviews and employee development plans.

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
• Support succession planning and leadership development efforts.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Support audits and labor inspections as needed.

Policy & Process Management

• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure alignment of HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of HR Generalist experience in Fertiliser & chemicals industry only
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
