• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
• Support performance management, counseling, PIPs, and employee engagement.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, HR documentation, and policy compliance.
• Conduct exit interviews and support employee retention initiatives.
• Partner with managers to resolve employee issues and improve workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
