GyroHR is expanding its HR consulting practice and seeks an experienced HR Generalist/Consultant to partner with founders, investors and CXOs across client organisations in Bengaluru. This role focuses on solving complex people challenges and building scalable HR practices rather than routine operations.

You will work closely with senior leadership to shape HR strategy, governance and people processes, while driving HR transformation and ensuring strong stakeholder relationships.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in core HR with significant stakeholder-management exposure.
• MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
• Experience partnering directly with founders, CXOs, investors or senior business leaders will be strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR generalist and people-management practices.
• Excellent communication, executive presence and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to influence, advise and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to connect people priorities with business objectives.
• High ownership, problem-solving ability and execution orientation.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and changing priorities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong interest in HR consulting, transformation and building HR practices from the ground up.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic HR partner to founders, investors, CXOs and senior leadership teams across assigned client organisations
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide practical guidance on people, organisation and business matters
• Understand evolving business priorities and translate them into effective HR and people interventions
• Partner with founders and leadership teams to build scalable HR practices, organisation structures and people processes
• Drive HR transformation initiatives across performance management, employee engagement, talent practices, policies and HR systems
• Manage key employee lifecycle and HR operations activities, including onboarding, employee relations, performance, exits, payroll coordination and compliance
• Support workforce planning, recruitment and organisation capability requirements aligned to client growth plans
• Prepare HR analytics, dashboards and management insights to support leadership decision-making
• Manage multiple clients, stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Represent GyroHR confidently in client discussions, leadership reviews and senior stakeholder forums

We are a boutique consulting firm providing end-to-end business solutions to growing and emerging companies. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with founders, investors, CXOs and senior business leaders across multiple client organisations, particularly high-growth product and technology companies.

We are looking for HR professionals from reputed colleges/institutes who bring strong HR fundamentals, maturity, agility, ownership and the confidence to operate as trusted people partners to senior stakeholders.

This is not a conventional HR operations role. It is a highly stakeholder-facing consulting position for professionals who enjoy working closely with founders and leadership teams, solving complex people challenges and helping growing companies build strong, scalable HR practices.
