Job summary

Ankura Hospital in India seeks an HR professional to manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will partner with hospital leadership to understand business and manpower needs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

The role also covers attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, grievance handling, and retention. You will contribute to HRMIS reporting and support performance management to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manpower plans based on patient volume, department requirements, and business projections.
• Partner with hospital/unit leadership to understand business and manpower requirements.
• Monitor sanctioned strength, actual manpower, vacancies, and manpower cost.
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Employee engagement and grievance handling
• Attendance & leave management
• Payroll coordination and HRMS management
• Employee documentation and file management
• Statutory compliance PF, ESI, PT, etc.
• Retention & Employee Experience
• HR MIS and monthly reporting
• Support in performance management
• Employee relations.
