Job summary

TalentStack, a Mumbai-based executive & technology search firm, seeks an HR Generalist to manage all HR operations as the sole HR for the team. The position requires 2–4 years of HR experience, with a background in advertising/marketing agencies preferred. MBA in HR is a plus but not mandatory.

Office-based role in Malad West with Monday–Saturday workdays and 10am–7pm timings. Key duties include talent sourcing, resume screening, building talent pipelines, client interaction, and negotiating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 2–4 years HR experience required.
• Advertising/Marketing agency background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source talent through various resources (traditional & social) used by the company.
• Handle portals like Naukri, Shine and similar sites.
• Utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow and other channels for sourcing.
