Job summary

Batangarh News is hiring for an entry-level HR role based in Indore, with in-office, full-time expectations. You will support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in a fast-growing, independent news platform.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or currently pursuing HR/BA studies and ready to work in a collaborative team. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining records, and assisting HR programs.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers.

• Handle attendance, leaves, and day-to-day HR admin tasks.
