Exponentia.ai Private Limited is seeking a proactive HRBP Intern to support our HR team in driving employee-centric initiatives and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to HRBP partnering, onboarding, performance management, and employee experience initiatives, with a hybrid work setup (office & remote) in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities include supporting HR partners, driving engagement programs, maintaining records, coordinating HR programs, and assisting in talent development.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in executing people initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate and support HR programs, events, and communication initiatives.
• Assist in talent development activities and strategic initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Partner with various teams to gather employee feedback and support action planning.
• Assist in conducting surveys, analyzing employee insights, and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and retention.

About the Role
