You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, driving smooth operations, fast issue resolution, and high client satisfaction across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
• 2+ years in HRBP, HR Operations, or Client Management roles.

Responsibilities

• Own Client Relationships: Manage and grow key India & international client relationships with high engagement.
• Drive Employee Lifecycle Management: Be the single point of contact from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Manage Commercial Operations: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions; handle scheduled actions.
• Deliver Fast, Reliable Service: Ensure quick turnaround time on client queries and deliverables.
• Coordinate Across Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
• Align Process to Client Needs: Tailor HR processes and solutions to client requirements.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and documentation across HR operations.

About the Role

We're hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to own client relationships and HR service delivery for our high-value National & International accounts. Think of this as a Key Account Manager role for HR — you'll be the single point of contact bridging clients and internal teams, driving smooth operations, fast issue resolution, and high client satisfaction across the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Own Client Relationships: Manage and grow relationships with key India & international clients, driving high engagement and satisfaction — much like a Key Account Manager.
• Drive Employee Lifecycle Management: Be the single point of contact for employees from onboarding through ongoing support, ensuring a great experience and strong engagement.
• Manage Commercial Operations: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commercial transactions; publish and deliver on scheduled actions.
• Deliver Fast, Reliable Service: Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) on all client queries, requests, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Across Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and quick issue resolution.
• Align Process to Client Needs: Understand client requirements and tailor HR processes and solutions accordingly.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Own accuracy, responsiveness, and documentation across all HR operations and client interactions.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
• MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)

Experience

• 2+ years in HRBP, HR Operations, or Client Management roles
• Experience handling international or high-value clients is a strong plus

Skills

• Strong grasp of HR operations and client servicing
• Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities
• Fluent English with excellent verbal & written communication
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
