Havells India Limited in Kanpur is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive end-to-end HR operations, workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management and compliance for the Kanpur region. This role acts as a strategic partner to the business and ensures HR functioning aligns with Havells policies.

The position requires strong stakeholder management, people leadership, and the ability to implement HR initiatives across branches to support a high-performance culture.

Responsabilidades

• Workforce planning and end-to-end manpower management for the Kanpur branch
• Coordinate with TA for timely onboarding and ensure diverse/internal mobility
• Manage employee experience, onboarding, attrition monitoring, exits, and queries
• Oversee HR operations and compliance per Havells norms with dashboards and reports
• Drive engagement programs, culture initiatives, rewards, and performance development cycles

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Business Partner who can drive end-to-end HR operations, workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and HR compliances for our Kanpur region. This role is a strategic partner to the business and ensures smooth HR functioning aligned with Havells policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition

• End-to-end manpower planning for the branch
• Role-wise TAT closure (DORQ Offer)
• Senior, FL & BPIs hiring alignment as per timelines
• Coordination with talent acquisition team for timely onboarding
• Ensuring diversity & internal mobility as per organisational guidelines

2. Employee Experience & Attrition Management

• Conduct new joiner induction & settling process (30-60-90 day framework)
• Monitor early attrition & take preventive actions
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends & publish key reasons
• Handle employee queries & grievance management

3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure branch-level HR compliances as per Havells norms
• Maintain HR dashboards, manpower data & publish reports
• Policy implementation across functional teams
• Coordinate with central HR teams for PMS, L&D & COE initiatives

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Drive Rewards & Recognition (R&R) activities
• Conduct regular HR Connect & Employee Connect sessions
• Support GPTW (Great Place To Work) initiatives
• Drive company culture and values at branch level

5. Performance Management & Talent Development

• Support yearly PMS cycle goal setting, reviews & closure
• Identify talent gaps and coordinate with L&D for training
• Ensure follow-up on performance improvement plans
• Work with leadership on succession planning
