Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an HR Manager for a pharma client in Delhi. You will lead regulatory compliance, labor law adherences, GMP training, and health and safety codes.

You will drive talent acquisition for R&D scientists, medical writers, pharmacovigilance experts, and plant engineers, and manage end-to-end employee relations.

Additionally, identify capability gaps, organize SOP and safety training, and adapt role responsibilities to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance with labor laws, statutory returns, and health/safety codes.
• Talent acquisition and headhunting for pharma roles, including R&D scientists, medical writers, pharmacovigilance experts, and plant engineers.
• Industrial and employee relations, including labor negotiations, union relations at manufacturing sites, grievance resolution, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Learning and development to identify capability gaps and organize SOPs and safety training.
• Role may evolve with business requirements.

This Group is 40+ year with multiple line of business in Pharma research testing and Manufacturing.

• Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory returns, and health/safety codes (e.g., Factory Inspectorate, POSH). Manage mandatory Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and technical compliance training.


• Talent Acquisition & Headhunting: Source specialized talent including R&D scientists, medical writers, pharmacovigilance experts, and plant engineers. [1]


• Industrial & Employee Relations: Handle labor negotiations, union relations (for manufacturing sites), grievance resolution, and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle.


• Learning & Development (L&D): Identify capability gaps and organize continuous training for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety.
