Job summary

Highradius in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Human Resource Analyst to build and maintain HR analytics dashboards that reveal key KPIs.

You will analyze large datasets with Python, SQL and Advanced Excel, and design data visuals using Tableau or Power BI to support decision-making.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and deliver regular HR metrics reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in an HR role or related field as a Human Resource Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language along with expertise in SQL database management systems.
• Experience working with Dashboards software such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable but not mandatory.
