HDB Financial Services Ltd. is seeking a Hub Operations Executive in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra.

The role focuses on loan disbursement handling, vendor management, and verification/authentication of sanction documents, ensuring smooth post-disbursal operations and timely customer payments. The candidate should have a Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a proactive, customer‑oriented approach to manage operations and MIS reporting

Responsibilities

• Handle loan disbursements for Loans Business.
• Vendor Management.
• Verify and authenticate for pre- and post-sanction documents.
• Handle discrepancies and customer queries post disbursal.
• Update sanctioned customer details in the system.
• Manage CIBIL checks and login parameters.
• Responsible for customer payments within TAT.
• Manage strong indent process for every case.
• Basic analytics and MIS reporting.

Hub Operations Executive

Key functions will be:

• Handling Loan disbursements of Loans Business.
• Vendor Management.
• Verification and Authentication for Pre sanction and post sanction and necessary loan processing documents.
• Handling discrepancies and customer queries post disbursal.
• Updating sanctioned customers details in the System.
• Managing CIBIL Checks and minimum parameters to login the case.

Responsible for Customer payments within TAT.

• Responsible for Managing strong indent process for every case.
• Basic Analytics and MIS reporting.

Graduate/Postgraduate with 2- 3 yrs of relevant experience.

• Good communication and pleasing personality.
• High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
• Effective operations, team management and excellent relationship skills to be displayed
