Job summary

India Shelter Finance Corporation in India is seeking a diligent professional to handle loan processing and disbursement across Gold, MSME, and Personal loans. You will verify KYC, perform CIBIL checks, and ensure data accuracy in the LMS.

The role involves assisting customers, resolving EMI queries, ensuring RBI guidelines compliance, and coordinating with collections and MIS reporting for regional leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Loan Processing & Disbursement: Manage end-to-end processing of loan files (Gold Loans, MSME, or Personal Loans).
• Customer Service & Query Resolution: Handle walk-in customers, resolve discrepancies regarding loan accounts, and facilitate EMI, foreclosure, and top-ups queries.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and NBFC credit policies; ensure documentation is error-free and auditable.
• Cash & Vault Management: Oversee daily cash collections, vault operations and bank reconciliation.
• Collections Support: Coordinate with collections teams, track EMI payments, and manage vendor/agency allocations for delayed accounts.
• MIS & Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for regional leadership.

• Loan Processing & Disbursement: Manage the end-to-end processing of loan files (Gold Loans, MSME, or Personal Loans). Verify KYC documents, perform CIBIL checks, and ensure accurate data entry into the Loan Management System (LMS). [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
• Customer Service & Query Resolution: Handle walk-in customers, resolve discrepancies regarding loan accounts, and facilitate queries related to EMIs, foreclosure, and top-ups. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
• Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere strictly to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal NBFC credit policies. Ensure all physical and digital documentation is error-free and audited. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
• Cash & Vault Management: Oversee daily cash collections, vault operations (especially for Gold/LAP portfolios), and timely bank reconciliation. [ 1 , 2 ]
• Collections Support: Coordinate with the collection and recovery teams, track EMI payments, and manage vendor/agency allocations for delayed accounts. [ 1 , 2 ]
• MIS & Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (disbursement trackers, pending documentation, portfolio health) for regional leadership. [ 1 , 2 ]
