Job summary

JobTrade in Hyderabad, India is hiring a Hub Executive to manage day-to-day hub operations, rider onboarding, rent collection, MIS reporting, and fleet coordination. The role requires strong communication, documentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will onboard riders, verify documents, allocate vehicles, maintain logs, and ensure SOP compliance while coordinating with central operations and fleet teams to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day hub operations per SOPs.
• Onboard riders and verify documents (ID, license, address).
• Complete onboarding forms and explain rental agreements.
• Maintain security deposits and rider records.
• Allocate two-wheelers and ensure proper handover of vehicles/keys.
• Maintain vehicle logs and condition reports.
• Collect daily/weekly rents and record collections.
• Prepare MIS reports and daily updates.
• Coordinate with fleet, maintenance and central ops.
• Meet target of rider allotments per day (~60/month).

Job Description

• Handle day-to-day hub operations and ensure smooth execution as per company SOPs.
• Onboard riders and verify required documents such as ID proof, driving licence, and address proof.
• Complete rider onboarding forms and explain rental agreements to riders.
• Maintain security deposit records and other rider documentation.
• Allocate two-wheelers to riders and manage proper handover of vehicles, keys, and accessories.
• Maintain vehicle entry/exit logs and vehicle condition reports.
• Collect daily/weekly rent payments and maintain accurate collection records.
• Prepare and share MIS reports and daily operational updates.
• Follow up with riders regarding pending dues and coordinate with recovery and calling teams.
• Coordinate with fleet and maintenance teams for vehicle servicing, damages, and missing assets.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate communication between riders, hub teams, and the central operations team.
• Achieve the target of 2 rider allotments per day, approximately 60 riders per month.
