Siemens in Bangalore is hiring a HR Generalist to support statutory compliance, payroll, and employee lifecycle across our multinational team. You will act as the H2R SPOC, coordinate payroll and attendance, and assist expatriate administration while delivering high-quality HR services in a fast-evolving, diverse environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of HR generalist experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, handling around 3,000 employees.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with employees on HR topics.
• Solid knowledge of Payroll and Attendance processes.
• Experience with Expatriate Administration is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

• Location H2R SPOC, providing HR support and coordination for employees and business needs.
• Manage end-of-the-end intern separation process, ensuring timely completion of exit formalities and documentation.
• Provide audit support including documentation, data validation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle and administrative processes.
• Coordinate and support payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Support employee engagement initiatives contributing to employee experience and workplace.

Your success is grounded in

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist role. Should have handled 3000 employees.
• Good communicator since responsible for interacting with employees on HR topics.
• Knowledge of Payroll and Attendance.
• Knowledge on Expatriate Administration.
• Expert in MS Office.
