Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a Business Product Owner for ServiceNow HRSD to represent People and Operations requirements to Technology teams. You will partner with the Digital Operations Manager to drive large-scale HRSD initiatives and lead UAT to ensure quality releases.

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting stakeholder needs, prioritizing defects, and coordinating with PMO and Change teams to meet milestones while identifying process improvements within HRSD.

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT); escape defects for prioritization.
• Drive issue prioritization to support efficient decision making.
• Coordinate with Product Owner, Change team, and PMO to ensure timely resolution, effective change management, and milestone delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1013 years of experience in workflow/process development within HR Technology (preferably ServiceNow HRSD).
  
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
  
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams and global environments.
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.
  
• Good to Have: ServiceNow CSA Certification.
  
• Preferred: ServiceNow CIS – ITSM or HRSD.
