Qualifications

• Technical experience: 3-7 years in workflow technology workflows, preferably in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and terminology, policies and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
• Hands-on experience in agile project environments and working in virtual, cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to gather, prioritize, and document business requirements to drive efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage complex workflows.
• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is an advantage.
