Job summary

Gratuity Consulting Services in Delhi seeks an experienced HRSD Specialist to design, configure, implement, and optimize HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring smooth HR workflows and elevated employee experiences across the organization.

You will lead end-to-end HRSD modules, manage integrations with SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, govern enhancements, run testing and UAT, and provide user training and documentation to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HR certifications are often required; citizen developer certs may be expected for low-code roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, case management) and translating HR needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRSD requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and support for HR Case Management, Employee Relation, Knowledge Management, and related modules.
• Build and maintain workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, dashboards and reports; design widgets, portals, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Utilize Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Citizen Developer tools to streamline HR processes.
• Establish governance standards and prioritize enhancements with product owners and partners.
• Conduct integration testing, regression testing, and UAT; document test cases and triage issues.
• Provide front-line support, user training, and create documentation; drive improvements with analytics and AI.

Job description

As a HRSD Specialist be instrumental in designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your role ensures smooth HR workflows, elevated employee experiences, and seamless integrations with HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1) Lead end-to-end processes requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support especially for modules like HR Case Management, HR Employee Relation, Employee Service Centre, Knowledge Management, Employee Journey Management, and Agent Workspace.
• 2)Build and maintain workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, dashboards, and reports. Design and develop custom widgets, portals, and integrations (e.g., via REST/SOAP) with systems like SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• 3) Utilize Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Citizen Developer tools to streamline HR processes and reduce manual interventions.
• 4) Establish governance standards, prioritize enhancement requests, and work alongside product owners and managed service partners for aligned platform evolution.
• 5) Facilitate system integration testing, regression testing, and UAT. Document test cases and triage issues quickly.
• 6) Offer front-line support, conduct user training sessions, and create documentation and knowledge articles. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and HR industry best practices. Drive platform improvements leveraging analytics, AI, and automations.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Typically, 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementations. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and HRSD Implementation Specialist (CIS-HR) are often required. Citizen Developer certifications may be expected for low-code focused roles. Technical Competency: Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide Scripting, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, and Service Portal/UI builder.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, case management) coupled with the ability to translate HR needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves): Platform administration experience and expertise across HRSD and ITSM modules. Experience with enterprise design thinking, AI enhancements (e.g., predictive intelligence), Process Mining, or Virtual Agent. Familiarity with HR system integrations (SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM).
