Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, HRO solutioning, HR consulting, or business process outsourcing environments.
• Proven experience leading solution design and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for large-scale HR outsourcing engagements.
• Strong understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes, service delivery models, and HR technology platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

About the role

As an HRO Solution Lead, you will make an impact by designing innovative and scalable Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) solutions that address client business needs and drive successful outsourcing engagements. You will be a valued member of the HRO Solutions team and work collaboratively with HR operations, technology, finance, legal, sales, and client stakeholders to develop compelling solutions that differentiate Cognizant in the marketplace.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the analysis of client requirements from RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to identify business objectives, challenges, and solution opportunities.
• Design end-to-end HRO solutions, including operating models, service delivery frameworks, transition approaches, technology enablement, and pricing strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive, high-quality proposals and solution artifacts.

What you need to have to be considered
