Qualifications

• Extensive HR leadership experience in international BPOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers and separations.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave administration and settlements.
• Ensure statutory compliance, labor law adherence and audit readiness.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, engagement and performance management.
• Oversee HRMS data accuracy, reporting and process standardization.
• Support admin and facilities coordination with vendors.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports and analytics for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers and employee separations.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration and full & final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labor laws and audit requirements.
• Partner with business leaders on employee relations, engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
• Oversee HRMS data accuracy, reporting and process standardization initiatives.
• Support administration and workplace management through vendor and facilities coordination.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports and workforce analytics for leadership review.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, employee experience, and service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

• 10-12+ years of HR leadership experience within International BPO environment, with expertise in HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance and Employee Relations.
• Proven ability to drive HR transformation, stakeholder management, employee engagement and process excellence in fast-paced, high-growth organizations
