Qualifications

• Proven experience leading solution design and responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs for large-scale HR outsourcing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of client requirements from RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to identify objectives and opportunities.
• Design end-to-end HRO solutions including operating models, service delivery, transition approaches, technology enablement and pricing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and solution artifacts.
• Develop and present solution blueprints, value propositions, and business cases showing client value and differentiation.
• Support due diligence, client workshops, and oral presentations while adhering to governance standards.

About the role

As an HRO Solution Lead , you will make an impact by designing innovative and scalable Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) solutions that address client business needs and drive successful outsourcing engagements. You will be a valued member of the HRO Solutions team and work collaboratively with HR operations, technology, finance, legal, sales, and client stakeholders to develop compelling solutions that differentiate Cognizant in the marketplace.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the analysis of client requirements from RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to identify business objectives, challenges, and solution opportunities.

• Design end-to-end HRO solutions, including operating models, service delivery frameworks, transition approaches, technology enablement, and pricing strategies.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive, high-quality proposals and solution artifacts.

• Develop and present solution blueprints, value propositions, and business cases that clearly articulate client value and competitive differentiation.

• Support due diligence activities, client workshops, and oral presentations throughout the pursuit lifecycle while ensuring adherence to internal governance standards.

What you need to have to be considered

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in HR operations, HRO solutioning, HR consulting, or business process outsourcing environments.

• Proven experience leading solution design and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for large-scale HR outsourcing engagements.

• Strong understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes, service delivery models, and HR technology platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

These will help you stand out

• MBA or relevant advanced degree.

• Experience supporting global HR outsourcing engagements across multiple geographies.

• Knowledge of commercial constructs, pricing methodologies, and business case development.

• Familiarity with digital HR solutions, automation platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled HR technologies.

• Strong understanding of market trends, industry best practices, and emerging innovations within the HRO landscape.
