The Role

An associate (HRO Processing Assistant II) is responsible for delivering timely and accurate information to participants. The associate should identify process improvements, issues, delays, and quality problems and recommend solutions. You will work with Leads and others to resolve participant issues.

Responsibilities

• Understand and contribute to meeting client SLA’s and performance goals.
• Maintain internal and client-defined quality scores.
• Prioritize work to produce a high volume of work efficiently within performance standards.
• Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and adherence to SOPs.
• Articulate complex client plans and provisions clearly to enable informed decisions.
• Identify issues and process delays, propose solutions, and execute improvements.
• Collaborate with leads to ensure delivery according to SOPs.
• Take ownership of self-learning and development.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
• Apply logical reasoning and critical thinking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, B.A, or BBA (no full-time MBA/MCA/B Tech/BE/B Ed)
• 2-4 years of work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work evening/night shifts as per business requirements
• Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office, Excel)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
