Overview

HRO Processing Associate II at Alight Solutions. This role focuses on delivering timely and accurate information to participants, identifying process improvements, and resolving participant issues in collaboration with Leads and others.

Responsibilities

• Understands and contributes positively to meeting client SLAs and performance goals.
• Maintain internal and client-defined quality scores.
• Prioritize work to produce a significant volume efficiently within performance standards.
• Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and adherence to SOPs.
• Articulate complex client plans in a simplified, understandable manner to support informed decisions.
• Identify issues, process delays, and quality problems; recommend solutions and execute improvements.
• Collaborate with leads to ensure delivery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Take ownership of self-learning and development.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
• Apply logical reasoning and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, B.A, BBA (no full-time MBA/MCA/B Tech/BE/B Ed)
• 2-4 years of work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work evening/night shifts as per business requirement
• Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office, Excel)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
