Job description
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will own the ongoing stability, optimization, and enhancement of HR systems, ensuring they remain current and aligned with business needs.
Act as the Lead and primary point of contact for all stakeholders on Ultipro/UKG WFM configuration, issues, exports, reporting, and implementations.
Lead and manage all HRIS Workforce Manager (Time & Attendance) projects and system enhancements.
Manage Tier 3 Ultipro/UKG requests with a strong sense of urgency and problem‑solving mindset.
Serve as SME on various HR/payroll system‑related projects.
Test new software and system upgrades and identify opportunities to integrate them within existing HR processes.
Document HRIS processes and identify continuous process improvement opportunities across time, attendance, leave, and scheduling systems.
Perform data gathering and analysis on time and scheduling data.
