Job summary

OCS Group in India is seeking an experienced HR Technology professional to lead end-to-end Time & Attendance transitions, configure shifts, rosters, attendance policies and payroll integrations.

You will drive data migration, UAT, go-live, develop SOPs, deliver training, and ensure seamless HRIS/payroll integration across multiple locations, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Payroll, or Workforce Management.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Time & Attendance implementations or transitions.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Oracle HCM, HONO, UKG/Kronos, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling large-scale, multi-location workforce environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• HRIS, Workforce Management, or Project Management certifications will be an added advantage
