About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic VP HRBP to lead the Human Resources Business Partner function and work closely with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strong HR leader with extensive experience in HRBP, organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and change management.

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in an HRBP leadership role.

• Strong understanding of business strategy and ability to translate business requirements into HR initiatives.


• Strong experience in performance management, talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.


• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.


• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
