Job summary

Super Bond Adhesives in India is seeking a seasoned HRBP to support the sales force across pan-India. The role covers manpower planning, talent acquisition, PMS, and HR operations.

You will drive engagement, retention and field connect, while enabling learning, capability building and succession planning. A strong candidate will bring experience with SPINE HRMS and a deep understanding of sales dynamics.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMS, talent acquisition, and HR operations experience.
• Experience as HRBP managing sales employees pan-India.
• Working knowledge of SPINE HRMS preferred.
