Job summary

Pathkind Labs is seeking an experienced HR professional to own the end-to-end Performance Management System, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and performance improvement. You will drive HR budgeting, manpower planning and workforce cost optimization in partnership with Finance and business teams, and lead Talent Management, succession planning and learning initiatives.

• Experience implementing end-to-end PMS processes.
• Strong HRBP/strategic HR experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop HR dashboards and analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR preferred.

Experience: 812 years in HR, preferably with strong HRBP/strategic HR experience.
