Job summary

IntouchCX in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage employee relations, engagement, retention and HR operations for a large span of control. You will handle grievances, onboarding, PIP discussions, and exit interviews while partnering with managers to address performance and behavioral concerns.

The role requires 2–7 years of HR/HRBP experience in a BPO, night shifts, and immediate joiner preference.
