ValetEZ Services Private Limited is seeking an HR Trainee to support the end-to-end Hire to Retire lifecycle from Bangalore (KR Puram). The role focuses on recruitment coordination, onboarding, HRMS updates, employee records and exit support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; HR specialization preferred but not mandatory.

• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with HRMS/online tools.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and confidentiality.

• Maintain employee data, trackers, and HR files (attendance, confirmations, renewals).

• Assist in engagement initiatives and support exit documentation and clearance.

We are looking for an HR Trainee to support the end‑to‑end hire‑to‑retire lifecycle at ValetEZ, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, HRMS updates, employee records, and exit support. This role is ideal for freshers and professionals returning after a career break who want structured HR exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, primarily for operations/field roles.
• Support pre‑joining and onboarding activities: document collection, HRMS profile creation, and induction coordination.
• Maintain employee data, trackers, and HR files (attendance, confirmation, contract renewals, transfers).
• Coordinate with payroll/compliance for timely inputs and issue resolution.
• Assist in engagement initiatives and support exit documentation and clearance.
