This is not a traditional HR administration role. We want someone who can help us build a high-performing organisation who understands that great HR isn't about policies and processes, but about getting the very best out of people.

The Role

  • High productivity, strong engagement and motivation
  • Excellent training and development, and a positive high-performance culture
  • Effective recruitment, team-building and efficient, technology-enabled HR processes

We want someone hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable holding people accountable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance & Productivity

  • Support managers with disciplinary matters and ensure policies are followed
  • Investigate issues fairly and objectively, with appropriate documentation
  • Develop clear processes for repeated underperformance or misconduct
  • Ensure employees understand what's expected of them

3. Training & Development

  • Identify individual and organisational training needs
  • Build structured training, onboarding and induction programmes
  • Coordinate technical, functional and soft-skills training; help managers develop their teams
  • Set development plans for high-potential employees and track training effectiveness
  • Explore how AI can transform training personalised learning, AI-assisted content, role-specific programmes and knowledge tools

4. Culture, Engagement & Motivation

  • Design initiatives to improve engagement and understand what motivates different people
  • Build recognition and reward programmes and organise team-building activities
  • Create feedback mechanisms and spot morale issues before they escalates
  • Promote teamwork, and create an environment where ambitious people want to succeed

5. Recruitment & Team Building

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process and work with managers on hiring needs
  • Write and improve job descriptions; source via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals and other channels
  • Screen, shortlist and improve interviewing and assessment
  • Build talent pipelines and an employee referral programme
  • Track recruitment metrics, improve offer-to-joining conversion and deliver excellent onboarding

6. AI & HR Technology

Apply AI and modern tools across the HR function; candidate sourcing, CV screening and assessment, interview prep and evaluation, onboarding, training and content creation, employee knowledge and FAQs, performance management, reporting and analytics, engagement, internal communication and HR administration.
