As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies by collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and devising effective plans.
• Identify and use appropriate sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
• Proactively source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes, screening applications, and conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, using behavioral and competency‑based techniques to evaluate candidates' skills and potential for success in the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates' suitability and make hiring recommendations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments or tests, conducting reference checks, and ensuring timely communication.
• Continuously build and maintain talent pipelines by networking with industry professionals, attending job fairs and networking events, and leveraging online platforms to engage passive candidates.
• Promote and enhance the employer brand through compelling job descriptions and engaging recruitment materials.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely and personalized communication throughout the hiring process.
