Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Manager, HRBP to join our Human Resources team in Noida, India. In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to our organization, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to business units. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, supporting employee relations, and ensuring organizational compliance with HR policies and practices. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organizational culture and employee experience while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Provide expert HR consultation to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and policy interpretation
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and handle sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Conduct performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers on effective feedback and development conversations
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvements
  • Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development programs
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records while ensuring data confidentiality
  • Participate in HR projects and change management initiatives to support organizational objectives

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar business partnering role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and talent management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving ability and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive matters
  • Demonstrated understanding of Indian labor laws and employment regulations

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience working in a multi-site or matrix organizational structure
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and data analysis
  • Experience facilitating training programs and workshops
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practicesCertification in HR (such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent)
  • Experience with employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
