Qualifications

• Strong communication and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Deep knowledge of employee lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/HRMS platforms.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have experience in pharma/healthcare or regulated industry.

We are looking for a hands-on HR Specialist to support our employees, strengthen operational workflows, and shape the employee experience as we scale. This role is built for a proactive professional who excels at solving problems, managing cross-functional priorities, and fostering a collaborative workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employees and managers across daily HR needs, queries, and operational guidance.
• Coordinate key activities across the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and strictly confidential employee records and HR compliance documentation.
• Support talent recruitment pipelines, candidate communications, and company-wide employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in drafting, implementing, and maintaining company HR policies, procedures, and wellness programs.
• Champion our People & Culture values through internal communication and workplace culture initiatives.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across HR operations to elevate the overall employee experience.
• Partner directly with the core HR team on strategic organizational projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on human resources experience in a generalist or HR specialist capacity.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication & Discretion: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Core HR Operations: In-depth knowledge of employee lifecycle stages, onboarding/offboarding protocols, and HR administration.
• Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and modern HRIS/HRMS platforms.
• Work Style: Solution-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to Have: Prior HR experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated industry.
