Job Title: HR Solutions Analyst
The HR Solutions Analyst provides primary support for the employee lifecycle and HR work globally, as part of a global HR Solutions team. Responsibilities include handling diverse and confidential activities that require a strong affinity for working in HR systems and an intermediate‑to‑advanced knowledge of HR policies and procedures across all areas (HRIS, Applicant Tracking, On Boarding, Talent, Invoice & Billing, Probation, Service Anniversary, Employee letters, Organization Announcement, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate talent activities such as resume vetting, interview scheduling, candidate reimbursement, create prospect, US summer intern program, external job posting, etc.
- Initiate, monitor, and ensure completion of background checks, employment verifications, drug screening/pre‑employment health checks, and other onboarding activities.
- Coordinate and implement activities to support HR Managers, including document preparation (employment letters, compensation letters, VISA letters in German, etc.).
- Support induction scheduling and record‑keeping of plant & lab visits for new hires.
- Communicate regarding new hires, probation periods, and service anniversaries.
- Provide inputs on Inspire award recipients to the Rewards team as part of talent activities.
- Support Germany‑related activities such as anti‑terror screening, invitation letter preparation, wire‑transfer forms, company cars, salary increase process, headcount report, etc.
- Conduct audits of invoicing and billing for payroll, benefits, and other HR programs and recommend corrective action.
- Maintain all HR documentation (employee files, EPIA forms, I‑9 information, benefits/billing documentation, etc.) accurately and timely.
- Support new hire orientation and answer basic questions about company‑sponsored benefit plans (insurance, medical, dental, vision, 40lk, etc.).
- Ensure efficient and responsive follow‑up to Service Now/ticket inquiries.
- Participate in quarterly system enhancement and upgrade efforts.
- Adhere to performance and service metrics established for the HR Solutions team.
- Support special projects/transitions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in B2‑German (read, write, speak, and understand business‑level German).
- 2–3 years of related HR experience.
- Technical aptitude with HRIS such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Quick learner who follows instructions, responds to management direction, and improves performance through feedback.
- Attention to detail; organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential HR work.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively with others.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
