Job summary

Accenture in Mumbai is seeking an HR Service Delivery Manager focused on workforce data admin and HR processes to improve performance and productivity. This role emphasizes process design, service delivery, and cross-functional coordination to support employees across onboarding, payroll and HR services.

You will work with SAP Talent & HR, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive strong client relationships while delivering end-to-end HR services in a dynamic, rotation-shift environment.

Qualifications

• 13 to 18 years of experience in HR service delivery.
• Graduation is required.
• English language proficiency (Domestic) – Expert.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess complex HR process problems for the area of responsibility.
• Create solutions in situations requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Follow strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
• Interact with senior management at client and internal Accenture levels; may involve alternate approaches.
• Work independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Manage large to medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
• Role may require rotational shifts.
