Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital is seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring across the hospital, Promoters residence staff, and a promoter-owned interior design firm. The role requires adaptability, strong sourcing skills and confidentiality.

You will lead recruitment for medical, paramedical and non-medical roles, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain trackers and MIS, oversee onboarding, and build a robust candidate pipeline for diverse hiring needs in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR/BA preferred.
• 47 years of recruitment experience; exposure to healthcare and domestic/corporate hiring is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment cycle for medical, paramedical, and non-medical roles in the hospital.
• Manage hiring of household staff for the Promoters residence (Chef, Butler, Housekeeping, Drivers, etc.).
• Drive recruitment for architects, designers, admin staff, and support roles in the interior designing firm.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, generate MIS reports, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Manage onboarding, induction, and smooth integration of selected candidates.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through networking, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring.

This role demands adaptability, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage diverse recruitment needs with professionalism and confidentiality.
