Job summary

E2E Procurement Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for on-site recruitment in Bengaluru.

You will manage blue-collar and white-collar hiring across multiple industries, source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, databases, and referrals, and coordinate interviews and joining formalities. This role suits freshers with strong communication or experienced recruiters who can handle high-volume hiring and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in blue-collar and white-collar hiring is preferred.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment agencies, or bulk hiring is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• Handle blue-collar and white-collar recruitment across different industries.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle bulk/high-volume hiring as well as individual positions.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess basic suitability.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, location, shifts, and other requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining-related activities.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
• Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets.

Preferred Experience
