Job summary

TP in Malad/Thane is seeking a Recruiter (Volume Hiring) to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/volume roles in BPO, customer service and operations. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, roll out offers, and track joining follow-ups to meet hiring targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in volume hiring and will bring strong communication skills with familiarity of job portals and professional networks. Immediate joiners preferred.
