We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring to join our team in Thane, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, particularly in high-volume environments. This role is crucial for ensuring that we meet our recruitment targets across multiple locations and centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk recruitment for various positions across multiple locations.
• Source candidates through various job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, and leverage social media platforms.
• Manage high-volume calling, screening, and shortlisting of candidates to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and respective teams to facilitate the selection process.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer release and joining procedures.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring MIS to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets to ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• A graduate in any stream.
• A minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 12 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates who have prior experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• A target-oriented mindset with the capability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
