Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] is seeking an HR professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, and IJP coordination in Kozhikode. You will source candidates, schedule interviews, verify documents, and manage induction programs.

You will maintain recruitment dashboards, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with hiring managers across functions to fulfill staffing needs and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via portals, referrals, and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle pre-joining formalities, document verification, and offer roll-outs.
• Conduct induction sessions for new hires.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring status.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and trackers.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and hiring standards.
• IJP announcement and coordination with Hiring manager.

Recruitment & Onboarding
