Job summary

RupeeQ is seeking an HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. The role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hires as they join the company.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA/Psychology and 6–12 months of recruitment experience, with familiarity in fintech/ banking hiring being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Prepare and post job descriptions on hiring platforms.
• Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and hiring updates.
