Job summary

POPO Global Private Limited, a Bengaluru-based, fast-growing F&B group, is hiring an HR Recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment for restaurant and kitchen roles across 43+ outlets. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and joinings, coordinating with operations and HR teams.

You should have 1–3 years in recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and campaigns, including walk-ins and drives. The role is full-time and based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, restaurant, QSR, hospitality, retail, or high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring / frontline hiring / blue-collar recruitment will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for F&B and restaurant positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities from the Operations and HR teams.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, walk-ins, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, communication, stability, salary expectations, notice period, location, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for both bulk hiring and managerial positions.
• Recruit for service, kitchen, operations, and support functions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams for interview feedback and selection decisions.
• Handle salary discussions and joining negotiations within approved company guidelines.
• Release offers and maintain regular follow-up until the candidate joins.
• Conduct and support walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview status, offer status, and joining reports.
• Ensure candidates receive accurate information regarding job responsibilities, salary, location, shifts, accommodation, benefits, and other employment conditions.
• Maintain a database of active, shortlisted, rejected, offered, joined, and future-reference candidates.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the required timelines.
• Provide daily and weekly recruitment updates to the HR management.

About the Role

We are looking for a HR Recruiter with experience in F&B, restaurants, QSR, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume recruitment environments.

Candidate Requirements
