Job summary

Speciality Restaurants Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Officer to support end-to-end recruitment for our restaurant network, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage service and operations roles. You will coordinate with HR and Operations to deliver timely hiring across locations.

The role requires solid communication, coordination skills, and familiarity with recruitment portals and MS Excel. Freshers are welcome, and campus recruitment will be a key activity in this position.

Qualifications

• Hotel Management graduate or diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years in F&B Service or Restaurant Operations; interest in HR.
• Freshers welcome with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic MS Excel and recruitment portals knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, references, and institutes.
• Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews for restaurant ops roles.
• Coordinate interviews with Operations and HR teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with hotel management institutes for campus recruitment.
• Support bulk hiring for new restaurant openings.
• Assist with offer letters and joining formalities.
• Build a talent pipeline for Service Crew, Captains, Bartenders, Supervisors and Managers.

Role Purpose

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment for our restaurants across locations, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage Service and restaurant operations positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, institutes and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews for restaurant operations roles.
• Coordinate interviews with Operations and HR teams.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely joining.
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with Hotel Management institutes for campus and fresher recruitment.
• Support recruitment drives and bulk hiring requirements for new restaurant openings.
• Assist in offer-letter coordination, documentation and joining formalities.
• Build a continuous talent pipeline for positions such as Service Crew, Captains, Bartenders, Supervisors and Restaurant Managers.

Candidate Profile

• Hotel Management graduate/diploma holder preferred.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in F&B Service / Restaurant Operations who are interested in moving into Human Resources & Recruitment will be preferred.
• Hotel Management freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome to apply.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable interacting with candidates across different levels.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment/job portals would be an advantage.
• Energetic, organised and keen to build a career in Hospitality Human Resources & Recruitment.
