Job summary

Mastermind Network in Kolkata is seeking an Analyst/Sr. Analyst HRO to manage HR operations for the US region. The role requires 3–9 years of experience and offers night shifts (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM) from Kolkata.

You will handle onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, offboarding, pre-onboarding verifications, and salary updates with Finance. Strong coordination with hiring managers and candidates is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–9 years of HR operations experience for US region.
• Experience with onboarding, documentation and offboarding.
• Proficient in Workday HRMS for records and changes.
• Coordinate salary updates with Finance and Payroll.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and exits.

Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across US region.
• Executed HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS updates, and offboarding processes.
• Handled pre-onboarding activities such as background verification, document validation, and offer letter issuance.
• Maintained accurate employee records in Workday HRMS, including hiring, changes, and terminations.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to deliver effective hiring solutions and a seamless candidate experience.
• Processed salary updates and compensation changes in coordination with Finance and Payroll teams.
• Managed exit formalities including full and final settlement, experience letters, NOC issuance, and handover coordination.
• Handled ex-employee Background Verification (BGV) requests, coordinating responses and documentation with external vendors.
