We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Pune and take ownership of day-to-day HR Operations and Worker Experience activities.

The role will focus on supporting workers throughout their employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and HR administration, while also building a strong local worker community and driving initiatives that improve worker satisfaction and engagement.

The position requires a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented individual who is comfortable working onsite, interacting directly with workers, and managing multiple activities and priorities.
