Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, background verification, documentation, and induction.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing and timesheet validation.
• Coordinate client billing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS.
• Manage employee queries, grievances, exits, and full & final settlements.
• Maintain employee records, payroll reports, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, finance teams, and compliance partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

• Manage employee queries, grievances, exits, and Full & Final Settlement.
• Maintain employee records, payroll reports, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, finance teams, and compliance partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
